Girls Level 1 Gymnastics |
Schedules |
2 hour class This program covers basic instruction on all Olympic events plus trampoline. Classes are designed to develop basic coordination, flexibility, strength, and to provide the physical exercise that all children need in their daily lives. |

Girls Level 2 Gymnastics |

2 hour class This program will begin to focus on more difficult gymnastics and strength skills. Students will begin to work on combinations of skills that will eventually be put into routines at Level 3. |

2 hour class One step beyond Level 2. This program is designed for those students who are ready to perform more difficult, higher level gymnastics skills. Skills include, back handspring on floor, glide kip on bars, handspring vault, and cartwheels on the high beam. |

Boys Level 1 Gymnastics |

2 hour class This program covers basic instruction on all six men’s Olympic events, plus trampoline. An emphasis will be placed on strength, flexibility, correct use of the equipment, and safety in the gym. Classes are designed to develop basic coordination, and to provide the physical exercise that all children need in their daily lives. |

Tumbling for Cheerleaders |

1 hour class (Boys & Girls Combined) This program focuses on floor & trampoline skills only. It is a great addition for students who would like to increase their level of tumbling difficulty without working on any other apparatus. A great idea for cheerleaders in need of working on their back handsprings!

Advanced Tumbling for Cheerleaders |

| 1 hour class (Boys & Girls Combined) This program is for the more advanced tumbler ready to begin work on multiple back handsprings and saltos. All students must have instructor recommendation and be able to consistently perform a round off back handspring on their own. |

Annual Youth Show As their culminating event, the above classes will perform in our Annual Olympics Showcase. The Olympics will take place at Palmer's, and will show case the yearlong accomplishments of our school age students. Be sure to invite all of your family and friends |
