A Palmer's Gymnastics Birthday Party combines a safe, clean, bright facility and highly trained instructors, with the fun and flexibility of a structured birthday celebration!

To make your party planning as easy as possible, you can drop off all of your supplies and we offer to do the set-up & clean-up ...

Thats right, WE DO THE CLEAN-UP!
WHAT YOU SHOULD PROVIDE
  1. The Kids (with signed waivers found inside invitations)
  2. The Cake
  3. Drinks
  4. Decorations
  5. Banquet Table Covers for 2 - 3 tables
  6. Party ware (napkins, plates, cups, silverware)
  7. Party Favors (optional)
  8. Video Camera and/or Camera

A refrigerator is available for cold storage of drinks and cake 1 day prior to the party.

WHAT TO WEAR

Comfortable gym clothes (i.e. Shorts & T-shirts. No jeans or clothes with zippers or buckles.)

SCHEDULE

Birthday parties are held on Weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Saturday Evenings, and All Day Sunday.

PARTIES SHOULD BE BOOKED 4 - 6 WEEKS IN ADVANCE
DEPOSITS

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reserved time. If no deposit is received, your time slot will be made available to another party.

BIRTHDAY PARTY

1 - 15* $125
16 - 25* (includes 2 teachers) $200
26 - 35* (includes 3 teachers) $300
* Includes birthday child and any siblings.

(For an additional ½ hour in the party room it is an extra $20.00).

The deposit paid to hold your party reservation will be deducted from the balance due. Balance must be paid in full 2 business days prior to your party date.
